On March 28, 2025, in the building of the Pioneer-3 Business Center, the Customs Control Department of the Customs Administration Department held a round table with the participation of representatives of temporary storage facilities.
The speakers of the event were the head of the UTA Customs Control Department, M.A. Karimov, and the chief specialist, E.A. Pavlyukova, who provided clarifications on issues related to the Transit module launched on November 16, 2024 at the Keden Research Institute.
In her speech, Pavlyukova E.A. recalled that the completion of the customs procedure of customs transit, the assignment of a document of storage of goods (DHT) and the entry of information on the release of goods is carried out in this information system.
According to the requirements of the users of the NIP "Keden", when releasing goods from the Ministry of Agriculture, the owner of the Ministry of Agriculture is required to enter information about the registration number of the goods declaration, on the basis of which the goods were released from the territory of the Ministry of Agriculture, with mandatory indication of the status of the goods "written off" or "partially written off".
Also, in case of late entry of information into the NIP "Keden" about goods whose temporary storage period has expired, the status of such transit declarations is defined as "delayed". In this regard, it is necessary to strictly follow the user's manual on the inventory log in the Keden system.
