
On May 16, 2025, a round table was held in the conference hall of the Department of State Revenues (DSR) with the participation of the Deputy Head of the Department, Mr. D.K. Mustafin, and owners of temporary storage facilities (TSFs).
The purpose of the event was to discuss pressing issues related to the operation of TSFs, including:
- Ensuring the quality of storage services provided on the territory of TSFs and improving service standards for participants in foreign economic activity;
- Compliance with customs legislation by TSF owners, including the prevention of violations related to the illegal movement of goods and breaches of established storage periods;
- Enhancing cooperation between the DSR and TSF owners, including proposals for digitalizing processes, automating control mechanisms, and reducing administrative barriers.
During the dialogue, participants discussed practical aspects of operations, identified current challenges, and proposed solutions. Deputy Head Mr. D.K. Mustafin emphasized the importance of joint, transparent work by all stakeholders in the logistics chain and confirmed the Department’s readiness to engage in open dialogue and support bona fide market participants.
