The State Revenue Committee continues to take measures to implement notifications from the desk control on underestimation of income.

During these events, 12 bloggers independently declared additional income in the amount of 1.4 billion tenge with taxes in the amount of 73.6 million tenge.

In total, 854 bloggers have received notifications from the desk control for violating the "understatement of income" in the amount of 71.9 billion tenge.

The deadline is 30 business days.

At the same time, it should be noted that discrepancies of 71.9 billion tenge are not the amount of unpaid taxes, the indicated amounts of discrepancies are estimated incomes that are not reflected in the tax returns of bloggers.

The amounts of taxes are calculated and paid based on the submitted declarations at the appropriate rates established by the tax legislation.

At the same time, the essence of desk control is to provide the taxpayer with the opportunity to voluntarily declare income with the payment of calculated taxes or, in case of disagreement with the violations identified, to provide explanations.
