As part of the continuation of work on the phased implementation of the Keden information system, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is commissioning the functionality for issuing an opinion (permit) for the import of samples of unregistered plant protection products (pesticides) for registration (small-scale and production) tests and (or) scientific research in accordance with the decisions of the Board of the Eurasian the Economic Commission (hereinafter referred to as the conclusion on pesticides).
Starting from July 11, 2025, applications for obtaining a pesticide certificate will be submitted and processed at the Keden IP.

We would like to note that on July 10 of this year, at 18:30, the Single Window for Export-Import Operations information system will stop accepting applications for a pesticide certificate.

Please note that it is necessary to specify valid mobile phone numbers and email addresses during registration in order to receive notifications about the status of applications.
