In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 17 and paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Regulation of Trading Activities", subparagraph 11) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 and subparagraph 1) paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 29 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union", as well as section 10 of Annex 7 to the said Treaty:

 

A six-month ban has been imposed on the import of fresh chicken eggs (EAEU HS code: 040721) into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all means of transport from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, with the exception of the transit of fresh chicken eggs through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their movement from the territory of one member state of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of another member State of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
